PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION
The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Channel Management, will be assigned to specific client accounts and will be responsible for using data and inputs from the supply chain team to complete financial and operational analysis and provide recommendations on options that will help the team define the best path forward when it comes to achieving program targets.
Depending on the project or recommendation, this person will also be responsible for keeping track of targets and deadlines to make sure we deliver new or different capabilities on time and on budget (with leadership oversight).
The successful candidate must possess strong financial, analytical, problem solving, and basic project management skills, as well as be able to work cross-functionally with Asurion finance and supply chain stakeholders. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Program Decision Making
Build financial models in excel and use that data to make recommendations to the business about the best path forward.
Understand financial modeling built by others to understand and communicate downstream business impacts to various levels within the organization.
Validate complex financial models to make sure inputs align with business KPIs and capabilities.
Provide inputs into pricing exercises, as directed by leadership. These inputs will be gathered from dashboards or analysis from multiple sources but will potentially need to be adjusted to address each pricing exercise.
This person will work with their leader to create compelling material and commentary for use in presentations to explain financial findings, business cases, and monthly results/priorities.
Performance Tracking and Monitoring
Monitor and explain changes in program KPIs. This will require cross-functional work with the supply chain teams to understand root causes of issues as well as articulating what the team is doing to address the issues.
Understand financial impact of movements in KPIs to help prioritize work for self and to know when it is important to do more research on KPI trends.
Understand and document supply chain processes and guiding principles. This will help identify process gaps, similarities and differences by program that may need to be standardized and identify potential areas to explore for initiative savings.
Serve as an inspector in forums such as the WPM and initiative meeting, asking critical questions about impacts to metrics and questioning “why something is as it is.”
Program Communication
Working with supply chain team and finance, coordinate flow of information and assimilate data necessary to prepare required weekly and monthly dashboarding and presentations that will be used in meetings.
Speak to portions of program performance and metrics in standard weekly and monthly forums such as the MBR.
Serve as a key business connection between supply chain, finance, and Program Management, communicating changes, trends, and forecast inputs to both groups to keep our financial projections and business cases as updated and aligned as possible.
Issue Management
In a complex and dynamic business such as ours, things break and exceptions arise. When alerted by leaders across supply chain of an event that requires research, this person will work with the supply chain team to identify what happened and what we may need to do to fix it.
Identify root causes of issues and push the supply chain team to fix processes in sustainable ways.
Project Management
Help leaders collect inputs or status updates from members of the project team as requested.
Work with leadership to pull together project plan timelines, deliverables, and owners.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Skills/Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience in finance, Accounting, or Project management required.
If experience falls outside of these disciplines, then candidate must demonstrate cross-functional work experience across multiple business functions that gives them financial/project management exposure.
Experience in financial excel modeling, especially operations FP&A
Systems aptitude
The ability to develop complex formulas, perform calculations and demonstrate how data was derived
Experience with financial or analytical scenario analysis with complex data sets.
The ability to create reports, dashboards and financial records
Demonstrated ability to collect and organize data to help frame problems and possible solutions.
Position requires a strong verbal & written communication skill set and the ability to communicate well with all levels of management as well as across various disciplines
A self-directed individual with a strong ability to manage ambiguity and who adapts readily and easily to changes in priorities and business conditions
Ability to excel in an open, flexible, results-oriented, performance-based environment

The Regional EHS Manager for The Industrial Service Group is responsible helping to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment across all company operations at the assigned region. The region will be predominantly, but not exclusively, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Texas. There is a travel expectation of up to 50%. The role will be based out of Birmingham or Mobile, Alabama.
This role serves as the key point of contact for all occupational health and safety matters, including regulatory compliance, training, risk assessment, and incident investigation. The Regional EHS Manager works closely with the Director of EHS and ESG, site managers, and employees to foster a strong safety culture, reduce workplace hazards, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance. This position requires strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to influence safety practices across multiple teams and locations. This position requires proactive facility walk downs and job site visits. This position will require close coordination with brand operation leadership to support EHS planning and training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and coordinate EHS programs across regional locations to ensure compliance with (e.g. OSHA, EPA) and other applicable local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
· Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across regional locations to identify hazards and ensure best practices.
· Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
· Help develop, organize, and deliver training programs and materials for employees, supervisors, and contractors on safety topics.
· Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics, maintaining accurate records and reporting to the regional company leadership and the Director of EHS and ESG.
· Lead initiatives to improve safety culture, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
· Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory agencies during inspections, audits, or investigations.
· Help standardize and enforce safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices across regional locations.
· Administration of customer and regulatory safety portals and documents directly and/or using 3rd party services.
· Primary administrator of Safety Management System (Intelex) for the regional locations ensuring the system is updated in a timely matter.
· Understand, oversee, and communicate all DOT requirements to the regional companies while ensuring the MVR records are compliant.
· Stay current on industry trends, standards, and regulatory updates, ensuring proactive compliance.
· Responsible for maintaining KPIs: Brand TRIR, Incident Reporting time, vehicle and site inspection rate, and Corrective Action Report closure rates.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
· 5+ years of safety management experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional role.
· Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and general industry safety standards.
· Experience developing and implementing safety programs and conducting audits.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and training facilitation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and safety management software.

Senior Loss Control Consultant

The Senior Loss Control Consultant provides technically competent loss control services and conducts onsite activities to help acquire and maintain clients of Higginbotham. The position analyzes historical loss data to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and shape targeted loss control strategies. It involves conducting on-site safety assessments, guiding clients on regulatory compliance, and delivering tailored training and risk management solutions. The role also supports the production team by contributing to client presentations and helping implement carrier recommendations to improve safety outcomes.

Essential Tasks:
Analyze historical loss information to identify loss leaders, measure success and develop appropriate loss control service strategies.
Provide expert consulting services to assist with regulatory compliance (OSHA, D.O.T., etc.)
Review and provide professional guidance to implement and respond to insurance carrier loss control recommendations.
Participate in presentations with the production team to present loss control solutions and demonstrate added value to prospective clients.
Conduct safety assessments focused on the evaluation of site conditions, employee work practices, and regulatory compliance.
Prepare professional, written reports summarizing observations and discussions from site visits (to include commercial driver risk hazards, roof inspections, warehouse and driver safety, etc.)
Evaluate and or develop client specific written safety and risk management policies.
Develop and present client-specific training on various risk management and loss control topics.
Have leadership/mentorship and advisement responsibilities over junior level loss control consultants.

Experience and Education:
5+ years of loss control, insurance or broker/agency experience
required
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health or Risk Management preferred
Possess a working knowledge of the exposures, controls, and regulatory issues for multiple industries, including construction, manufacturing, transportation, retail, real estate, healthcare, etc.
Experience servicing multi-lines of commercial insurance coverage, including workers' compensation, auto, property, and general liability for middle market and national accounts.
Licensing and Credentials:
A professional designation in safety, insurance, or risk management such as ASP, CSP, GSP, or ARM preferred
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and proof of auto liability insurance required
Systems:
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Familiarity with commercial telematics systems a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens
Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person
Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, 10-key
Walking, bending, sitting, reaching and stretching in all directions
Daily driving requirement to client offices, some travel may require overnight stay (approximately 25-30% of the year)
