The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented Field Operations Associate to join our Los Angeles C.A. team. In this hands-on role, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations-prepping properties, solving in-field issues, and ensuring our apartments are always guest-ready.
From conducting move-in inspections to troubleshooting WiFi or assembling furniture, you'll be instrumental in maintaining Blueground's high standards and delivering a seamless experience for every guest.
What You'll Be Doing
* Unit Preparation & Upkeep: Work closely with Operations Managers to get apartments fully furnished, stocked, and ready for move-in-handling everything from small fixes to last-minute prep.
* On-the-Ground Support: Serve as Blueground's boots on the ground, resolving issues such as guest lockouts, cosmetic repairs, and WiFi or tech troubleshooting quickly and effectively.
* Inspections & Quality Checks: Perform pre-check-in and post-check-out inspections using a mobile checklist to ensure every home meets our quality standards.
* Walkthroughs & Quality Assurance: Conduct detailed property walkthroughs to ensure furnishing, décor, and presentation are on-brand and flawless.
* Ad Hoc Projects: Support various local ops initiatives, such as key inventory management, organizing storage units, and capturing check-in videos for guest use.
* Team Coordination: Act as the on-the-ground liaison between the field, operations leadership, and the Customer Experience team-keeping communication tight and response time fast.

The Merchandising Operations Specialist supports and strengthens the merchandising function through precise product data management, operational excellence, and informed assortment building. This role ensures that every SKU is accurately built, tracked, and communicated cross-functionally while contributing to seasonal line architecture, product strategies, and channel assortments.
The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of merchandising experience, strong knowledge of retail math and merchandising fundamentals, and a detail-driven, process-oriented work style well suited for a fast-paced brand.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Data Management
Own SKU creation, product hierarchy building, and attribute coding within merchandising, PLM-like tools, and ERP systems.
Maintain and audit product setup throughout the lifecycle to ensure 100% accuracy across internal tools and downstream systems.
Manage seasonal updates, item status changes, and data cleanup.
Sample management: ordering samples for our sales team, marketing team and international team on a seasonal basis. Manage sample product storage flow in HQ and offsite.
3rd party photography studio management - ordering, timing, and labeling of new products
Merchandising Operations
Support development of seasonal product line frameworks, including SKU efficiency planning, carryover logic, style/color architecture, and segmentation by channel.
Assist in building assortments for wholesale and DTC using sales data, productivity metrics, and merchandising principles.
Build and maintain merchandising tools including line plans, line sheets, sell-in assets, and seasonal internal documents.
Track and manage seasonal calendars, deliverables, and cross-functional milestones.
Utilize and maintain the New Item Status Tracker (serving as our PLM) to ensure product data is updated, consistent, and reliable.
Analysis & Insights
Apply retail math to assess SKU performance, margin, productivity, and assortment efficiency.
Strong command of key retail and digital metrics such as sell-through, margin, full price realization, weeks of supply, repeat rates, and productivity KPIs.
Partner with Planning to gather selling reads and seasonal insights that inform future assortment decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the merchandising point person for product data accuracy and line information.
Collaborate with Product, Planning, Sales Ops, Marketing, OSP (Label Production), and Operations to ensure smooth product setup through go-to-market.
Support communication of product information to external wholesale partners through tools such as Envoy B2B.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in merchandising, merchandise operations, planning, or related consumer product categories (footwear/apparel preferred).
Strong understanding of merchandising fundamentals, including assortment development, retail math, seasonal planning, and SKU optimization.
High proficiency in Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data validation, complex formulas).
Familiarity with NetSuite, New Item Status Tracker, OSP (Label Production), and Envoy B2B are strong pluses.
Exceptional attention to detail; comfortable owning and managing large volumes of product information.

The Market Data Team @ Pave
Pave is building the largest real-time compensation market dataset, and our strategy and operations team drives this goal forward. About This Role
We're looking for a Product Operations Specialist to take full ownership of issue and feedback management at Speak and help scale the Product Ops function.
As the second hire on the team, you'll be hands-on in investigating bugs, reproducing edge cases, and collaborating with Engineers and CX to drive resolution. Compensation:
Compensation will be provided in the range of $111,000 - $134,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Overview
Primary Focus: To set up all new orders containing the most time-sensitive commodities for success, provide proactive updates to customers on any deviations and track order status progression from start to finish. ● Following all process and communication standards within multiple platforms
● Ability to stay independently informed by reviewing all communications provided throughout the company platforms
Proactive Customer Updates
● Ability to professionally relay delays, issues, and updates with customers through verbal and written communication.
● With the customer's best interest in mind, always looking ahead (weather conditions, traffic, etc.) and offering an alternative solution in order to meet or beat their required delivery times.

JOB SUMMARY
The AI Operations Specialist will be responsible for the day-to-day management, monitoring, and operational support of the university's AI systems and data pipelines across various departments. This role is vital in ensuring AI solutions and their supporting data infrastructure function reliably, meet performance expectations, and continuously improve to deliver maximum value. The position requires expertise in MLOps practices, data pipeline operations, system monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement of AI systems in production environments.
This role is hybrid and in the office a minimum of three days a week to facilitate collaboration and teamwork. In-office presence is an essential part of our on-campus culture and allows for engaging directly with staff and students, sharing ideas, and contributing to a dynamic work environment. Being on-site allows for stronger connections, more effective problem-solving, and enhanced team synergy, all of which are key to achieving our collective goals and driving success.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge and skills required for this position are normally obtained through a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; technical certifications in relevant areas (e.g., cloud platforms, MLOps, data engineering) preferred and a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 1 year focused on AI/ML systems and data pipeline support. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML and data engineering service offerings.
