What You'll Do:
Manages and organizes the CEO schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, travel arrangement and expenses. Screens and prioritizes emails, phone calls, and other communications for the CEO. Prepares and edits correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
Maintains and updates documents, databases and filing systems. Conducts research and compiles data to support executive decision-making. Prepares and distributes agendas, minutes, and reports. Handles sensitive information with discretion and maintains confidentiality. Manages confidential documents and ensures secure storage and transmission of information.
Acts as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Drafts and responds to correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Communicates effectively with team members and other departments. Anticipates and addresses potential issues, resolving problems proactively to ensure efficient operation of the CEO's responsibilities.
Assists in the planning and execution of special projects or events. Coordinates and follow-up on various tasks and projects as assigned by the CEO. Experience working with a Board of Directors.
What We're Looking For:
HS Diploma or equivalent required. AS / BA / BS or Masters a plus.
5-7+ years of experience in related area of responsibility preferred; 5+ years supporting a senior level executive.
Exceptional administrative support skills and basic understanding of business.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to multi-task efficiently, detailed oriented and flexible.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
Must demonstrate initiative and be willing to follow through on all tasks.
