Job DescriptionSalary: $16.50 per hour Job Title: Warehouse Order Shipper The Warehouse Order Shipper is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders accurately and efficiently. This role ensures that all outgoing shipments are complete, properly labeled, and meet company and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment based on packing slips and customer instructions Verify accuracy of items picked and ensure correct quantities and conditions Label and document shipments with appropriate shipping information and tracking details Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and scanners Maintain clean and organized shipping areas Communicate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely shipping schedules Follow all safety and operational procedures Assist with receiving, stocking, and inventory as needed Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or shipping experience a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer or scanner skills for tracking shipments Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Forklift certification a plus (optional depending on the role) Work Environment: Warehouse setting with moderate to loud noise levels May involve exposure to varying temperatures depending on facility

Scope of Responsibility: Responsible for the planning and execution of the productivity of the department. Ensure the overall efficacy of the department and assist plant manager with day-to-day operation. Essential Duties: * Gives daily work assignments to personnel within the plant. Makes decisions regarding work priorities based on published schedules and conversations with the department manager, taking into account his/her knowledge of assigned personnel, individual skills, and existing personnel vacancies. * Continuously monitors progress on daily work schedules to assure that satisfactory progress is being made. * Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, hiring, orienting, and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities. * Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries. * Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques. * Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions and responding to requests. * Regular and on-time attendance. * Work in your shift as scheduled. * Must work well with others. * Additional duties as assigned. Position Requirements: * High school diploma, or equivalent * 5S and Lean Manufacturing training a plus * Excellent spoken and written communication skills * Interpretation and understanding of structural blueprints * Good organizational skills and a methodical approach to work * Ability to prioritize workloads and meet project deadlines * Ability to pay close attention to detail Physical Requirements: * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds * Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving entire body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, bending, twisting and handling of materials * Must be able to work in an outside manufacturing environment for long shifts, including weekends * Position requires manual dexterity, arm-hand steadiness and a safety-minded individual * Must be able to work in an open environment exposed to extreme temperatures * Must have the ability to concentrate on tasks for long periods of time and be able to observe and receive information from all relevant sources At Sabre Industries, we invest in your future with a competitive benefits program. Scope of Responsibility: This position is responsible for the supervising of day-to-day operations of the Inventory department. Monitors accuracy of inventory information and adjusts inventory records based on physical verification and computer research. Provides daily work assignments, guidance, and training to Inventory department staff. Essential Duties: * Prioritizes and organizes Inventory Control team's schedules to best meet the business needs. * Leads the Inventory Control team to efficiently and safely accomplish assigned tasks. * Coordinates material issues with production to support smooth operations. * Assists the Director of Inventory in coaching employees where necessary to improve their performance up to acceptable levels. * Assigns daily work to other associates within the Inventory Control Department. * Assists in the maintenance and change of department procedures and employee training processes. * Reconciles and performs weekly cycle counts of inventory materials to ensure inventory accuracy and helps conduct annual physical inventory counts. * Serves as the main liaison between Inventory Control and other departments within the Company. * Maintains and coordinates product flow from Inventory department to Production. * Effectively communicates to all levels of management to achieve desired results. * Maintains a high degree of integrity with regards to professional behavior and safety. * Contributes to a safe working environment by being responsible for quality, safety, organization, and cleanliness in your area of operation. * Contributes to team effort by communicating and working well with others, as well as accomplishing related tasks as needed. * Regular and on-time attendance * Work in your shift as scheduled * Getting along with coworkers * Additional duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Education - - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience - Minimum of three to five years of experience in Inventory Control or Supply Chain Management. Skills & Abilities: * Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel is required. * Must be able to give direction, coach, train and guide a diverse team of varied skill to efficiently meet department/company needs. * Must be able to demonstrate accuracy of work, effective organization skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment. * Must be willing/able to be hands-on in the inventory/yard areas and work at a computer. * Must be a team player within all levels of the company. * Must effectively communicate with personnel, management and supervisors via two-way radio, phone, email and in person. * Must be able to read and interpret Receiving and Inventory documents and paperwork. * Regular and timely attendance is required. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to perform work in any environment and various weather conditions such as rain, sleet, snow and extreme cold and heat. * Must be able to regularly use hands to grasp, pinch or pull materials. * Must be able to feel and reach with hands and arms. * Must frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch. * Must be able to climb in and out of equipment. * Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. * Must be able to pass the commercial driver's vision test requirements.
