Pros of working at BluePearl Vet

The staff. They are wonderfully hard working individuals who do not get paid nearly enough for the hard work and hours they put in.

Cons of working at BluePearl Vet

Culture. No support is given to leaders, who are told to hold their team accountable. Inequalities when it comes to being a caregiver or parent. Favoritism is given and opportunities are given unfairly to those who are friends of senior leaders.

BluePearl Vet benefits

Paid parental leave but they will make you feel guilty for taking it and they will make you feel unwelcomed when you return and try to push you out.

What do you like best about BluePearl Vet's CEO and the leadership team?

The message and vision of the ceo is great but that message is disconnected to the leadership team. This is causing difficulties with the hospital’s local leadership who cares for their teams and believes in the CEO’s vision.

How would you improve BluePearl Vet's culture?

It’s not all about the numbers. Go back to empowering the people of BP. Not cutting their hours so you can fit some data into a spreadsheet.

How did you prepare for the BluePearl Vet interview?

Don’t do it. Avoid working here. It’s not worth the mental anguish they will put you through.
