Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Optometrist position located in Williamsburg, VA. The Optometrist will conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and treat vision and ocular health conditions, and prescribe corrective lenses or treatments as needed. Additional responsibilities include educating patients about eye care and conditions, managing follow-up care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and supporting the overall success of the practice. Qualifications Strong clinical skills in performing comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing, and managing a variety of eye health conditions. Proficiency in using diagnostic and treatment technology specific to optometry and ophthalmology. Excellent patient communication and education skills to ensure personalized care and understanding of treatments. Ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and contribute to a team-oriented work environment. Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited school and a valid optometry license for the state of Virginia. Experience preferred but not required-new graduates are welcome to apply. Strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
