About the role:
The Therapy Development Specialist is a clinically oriented entrepreneurial ambassador for a proven hybrid procedure to treat carotid artery disease: TCAR (Transcarotid Artery revascularization). As part of the commercial field team this role will execute therapy adoption initiatives for TCAR. This individual is a trusted clinical partner and TCAR specialist to drive safe adoption, superior outcomes and achieve sales revenue of the ENROUTE Transcarotid Neuroprotection System, ENROUTE Transcarotid Stent System and related products. The Therapy Development Specialist practices excellent clinical/case acumen and relationship management with physician and healthcare professional customers and serves as a clinical role model across the TDS team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide technical and clinical support for ENROUTE Transcarotid Neuroprotection System and ENROUTE Transcarotid Stent System procedures, ensuring procedural success and superior outcomes.
Educate procedure teams on patient selection and indications for TCAR procedures
Assist in scheduling cases and offer prompt customer support, resolving complaints effectively.
Ensure maximum coverage of all accounts within territory geographic areas to maintain optimum level of exposure and effective time management. Assist with scheduling of cases and proper customer support.
Participate in physician training, product development programs, and maintain high standards of personal and professional conduct.
Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge. Understands current published TCAR and relevant literature. Recognize and understand competitive products, industry trends, and the Boston Scientific portfolio.
Manage inventory, submit accurate expense reports, and report device complaints to the quality assurance department.
Maintain communication with Boston Scientific sales and leadership, providing market intelligence and potential sales leads.
Maintains a high level of communication with appropriate Boston Scientific sales and leadership within assigned geography.
Plan and implement effective clinical/product presentations to customers.

The Earn While-You-Learn program will provide educational opportunities, work experience, and pathways to employment. The Training and Apprenticeship program is open to former clients, alumni of our programs, candidates with entry level or below work experience and education, and those who need support moving into the field. The Training and Apprenticeship Program further develops skills through real world experiences with our clients and provides an easy transition to employment at HealthRIGHT 360.
The Apprentice actively participates in a schedule of trainings, shadowing client services, 1:1 and group supervision, attending multidisciplinary Treatment Team Meetings, and providing support to the client populations within the HealthRIGHT 360 Family of Programs. Apprentices also receive basic job skills training including computer skills. As part of the Apprenticeship Program, Apprentices develop comprehensive plans for continuing education and pathways to employment.
Apprentices may have the opportunity to register as interns with CADTP.
Must be able to commute for in person job training to programs in either Los Angeles, Orange County, Oxnard County.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Fully participating in the Training and Apprenticeship Program training activities.
Accurately documenting their hours
Attending regular meetings for supervision and training
Completing all assigned training and following all policies and procedures
Following all confidentiality and compliance requirements of the program
Observing the daily activities of a residential and/or outpatient SUD treatment program
Shadowing certified SUD Counselors/Case Managers during assessment, treatment planning, groups, classes, counseling sessions and case management sessions
Attending treatment team meetings and learn about documentation requirements in an electronic health record system
EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Background Clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain satisfactory background check.
Ability to obtain and maintain live scan clearance.

Hudson Valley Hospice is offering a New York State Home Health Aide Training and Certification program for those who qualify with no cost to the student! We will be holding different training classes, depending on your current certification, all held at our Poughkeepsie office (374 Violet Ave) . We have a three-week intensive training course for those with no prior certifications, a PCA to HHA upgrade (five day conversion class), and a CNA to HHA upgrade (two-day conversion class):
* Participants will not be paid for attending the class. Completion of the program does not guarantee employment.

During each training program, you will learn the necessary skills to care for patients and support their loved ones, emerging with a portable skill that is in critical need throughout our country. What you will do as a Home Health Aide:
Complete Home Health Aide duties following established plan of care. This may consist of toileting, bathing, repositioning, transferring, feeding and any other ADL ( activities of daily living) that are outlined by the RN.
May provide 24-hour continuous care for patient/families in their home, as needed.
Report changes in the client/patient's condition to family members, nurses, or doctors.
Maintain adequate records of all patient/family care services by documenting in the patient chart.
Offer companionship, helping clients/patients maintain social connections, and encouraging participation in activities to reduce feelings of isolation.
Ensure clients/patients take prescribed medications at the right times.
Complete required competencies, infection control and in-services to maintain HHA Certification.
