We are excited to add a new Business Analyst/Tester to our growing Safeguarding Team. In this role you will work on maintaining the existing safeguarding tool and assist in testing the newer more efficient and robust version presently being developed. You will assist with the management and planning of the overall safeguarding project. This position will continue to evolve as we add new products, new legal entities, reconciliation enhancements, and implement technical advancements and process improvements.
This position will allow you to work with other cross-functional teams and will expose you to different facets of the payment industry. If you are the type of person who is looking for an interesting and challenging position this could be the position for you.
This is a remote role and will require some overlap with United States EST hours. You will report to our Senior Business Analyst & EPM Project Manager in the UK.
Responsibilities:
· Support the safeguarding program by identifying and resolving data and processing issues. Log defects, coordinate accurate data fixes, verify implementation and document RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
· Develop comprehensive testing scenarios. Execute, review, and validate the results. Maintain evidence of test results and document audit trail.
· Update the Business Requirements Document (BRD).
· Collaborate with product management to ensure safeguarding project milestones and major deliverables are on schedule. Identify potential risks and recommend achievable solutions.
Requirements:
· 5+ years working as a Business Analyst
· 3+ years of experience performing user acceptance testing

BlueSnap's Channel Sales Manager will help facilitate the sales relationship between BlueSnap and existing partners. In this role you will assist the partner with reaching their sales goals while simultaneously growing their channel partner network through additional dealers, integrators, and other channel resources within the existing partner ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
* Develop sales strategies with existing partners to achieve referral and revenue targets
* Serve as a bridge between the partner and sales teams, creating alignment between the two
* Work with both the partner marketing and partner management teams, along with the general marketing team on co-marketing tactics
* Source and build channel relationships with new partners within the existing partners ecosystem (integrators, dealers, and other co-selling resources)
* Build partner lead and referral plans for each partner and drive against monthly execution of partner referral targets

Variable Compensation:

Requirements:
* 3+ years of channel sales experience, specifically with a background in payments
* A proven track record exceeding targets and managing complex deal processes
* Experience with owning an annual quota and successfully meeting or exceeding annual sales objectives
* Experience working with sales automation and CRM, such as, Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong and others
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
* Ability and willingness to travel as required

Act as Level 3 escalation support and drive root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues
Execute the IT roadmap and lead proof-of-concept deployments for new Microsoft and Apple enterprise capabilities
Mentor junior engineers and serve as a subject matter expert in identity, endpoint, and cloud technologies
The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
Expertise in Intune, Jamf Pro, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure
Strong background in Windows Server, mac OS, and enterprise endpoint management
Experience with hybrid identity, SSO, MFA, and conditional access
Proficiency in PowerShell and automation/scripting
Strong incident resolution and root cause analysis skills
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
Strategic thinking and ability to execute technology roadmaps
Experience with patch/vulnerability management and compliance frameworks
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor peers
Commitment to business continuity and system availability
