Prepare assigned quantities of desserts, baked goods, and/or ice cream. Portion, finish, and assemble menu items in accordance with recipe guidelines.
Complete designated prep levels following established recipes with consistency and without sacrificing food quality.
Assist in control of prep inventories, outlet requisitions and par levels. Restock all items as needed during shift.
Maintain a high standard of food quality with demonstrated efficiency in the utilization of products and awareness to control food products and minimize waste.

We are currently seeking skilled, career-minded LineCooks with experience in upscale restaurants, luxury hotels, or private clubs to join our team of culinary professionals.
As a LineCook at the Duquesne Club, you will work in a fast-paced, refined environment with a team committed to culinary excellence. Candidates must be proficient across multiple stations, demonstrate a high degree of technical ability, and consistently execute at a fine-dining standard. Creativity, discipline, and attention to detail are key, as is a commitment to maintaining the clubs uncompromising standards in food quality, safety, and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute menu items with precision, following standardized recipes and presentation standards.
· Rotate confidently across multiple stations within the kitchen.
· Maintain the highest standards for cleanliness, food handling, and kitchen organization.
· Demonstrate expert-level understanding of various cooking techniques.
· Take full ownership of assigned duties, delivering consistent, high-quality results.
· Communicate clearly and professionally with fellow team members and supervisors.
· Support a team-oriented culture through reliability, respect, and shared responsibility.
Requirements:
· Proven experience in a high-end kitchen environment (private club, luxury hotel, or fine dining).
· Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks during service.
· Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary fundamentals.
· Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, reach, etc.).
· Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced setting.
· Professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
