Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with SharePoint administration with a deep understanding of SharePoint Architecture, features and best practices.
• Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Q and SCI clearance
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Experience with migrating SharePoint versions on-premises or online (preferably using ShareGate)
• SharePoint components (Search, Taxonomy, Managed Metadata).
• Patching SharePoint server to meet organization security standards.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API, and SQL is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain authoritative document controls and records in KSN SharePoint.

Required Experience
5+ years in policy administration, technical writing, editorial review, document management, or federal program support.

The PM will be responsible for management and performance of all work under this Contract as described in the PWS. The individual shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operations. The PM shall be the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), designated Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and the Program's Government leads. The PM shall be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the project. The PM will be one of the primary interfaces between the government and the contractor for managing the scope and schedule. The PM shall ensure contractor employees are aware of, understand, and abide by DHS and ICE established rules, regulations, and safety practices.

Qualifications

Position Description: Supports Army tactical and strategic Satellite Communications (SATCOM) programs within the Mission Command portfolio. Provides analysis and recommendations on SATCOM network architecture, modernization, and fielding strategies. Prepares information papers, briefings, and SPAR/POM inputs addressing program cost, schedule, and performance. Coordinates with ASA(ALT), T2COM, NETCOM, and ARSTAF to ensure SATCOM capability alignment and interoperability.
Relevant Competencies / Skill Levels:
