Prior to LexisNexis, Todd was the CEO of Blurb, a privately held company that provides a digital platform for people who want to make books or magazines for personal or professional goals. He joined Blurb in January, 2016 and helped the business restore growth and profitability. He now sits on the Blurb board of directors.

Prior to Blurb, Todd was an executive vice president of Time Inc. and the president of the news, sports and entertainment groups. He was responsible for the global operations of some of the world’s best-known media brands, including PEOPLE, Entertainment Weekly, TIME, Sports Illustrated, FORTUNE, MONEY, and GOLF. Under his guidance, Time Inc. doubled its digital audience to over 100M monthly unique visitors, and strongly accelerated the revenue growth of its digital businesses.

Before joining Time Inc., Todd spent 13 years at Dow Jones & Company, from 1999-2012, most recently serving as president. In that role, he directed the company’s global business operations for publications and products such as The Wall Street Journal, MarketWatch, Factiva and the Dow Jones Newswires. Todd was instrumental in pioneering a paid business model for the Wall Street Journal across Web, mobile and tablet platforms. He was also part of the team that oversaw the Journal’s transformation into a more complete newspaper with additional national and international news, sports, opinion and culture to complement its business and financial coverage. Todd also drove Dow Jones’ strategy to expand world-wide digitally with products emphasizing local content in the global context.

Earlier in his career, Todd worked in the media practice at the consulting firm Booz, Allen & Hamilton and in advertising at Saatchi & Saatchi and Jordan, McGrath, Case & Taylor. Todd graduated with a B.A. from Colgate University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He currently resides in Mamaroneck, NY with his wife and two daughters and is an avid golfer.
