Division Controller - Asphalt General Description: The Division Controller position performs a combination of the duties described more fully below. The primary responsibility will be to manage all financial aspects of the Asphalt Division. Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly financial statements for the division and communicate results to executives.
* Analyze financial reports and develop new financial strategies to achieve company goals.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the division's finances.
* Supervise a team of 7 AP/AR accountants.
* Manage the completion of the month/quarter/year-end close for the division.
* Prepare budgets and forecasts for the division and present them to the executive team.
* Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers on project budgeting and cost control.
* Travel to jobsites/plants as needed.
* Review all inventory adjustments and assist with plant surveys.
* Assist the environmental team with yearly sustainability reporting.
* Oversee all inter/intra-company postings for the division.
* Prepare monthly journal entries.
* Support Corporate with internal and external financial audits.
* Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
* Assumes other special activities and responsibilities as required.
Authorities:
The Division Controller has full authority to perform his/her duties; however, they must consult with the necessary Manager in the following matters:
When things vary from the normal processes
When any problems occur
Any threat of litigation or situations that may lead to litigation
Any matter that may affect the interests of the company
Non-compliance with reporting requirements to regulatory authorities
Requirements:
* SAP experience is a plus

General Description The Electrical Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical components within asphalt plants and aggregate crushing facilities. * Installation, troubleshooting, and maintaining PLC's, HMI interfaces, motors, drives, other electrical components.
* Test and repair of various electrical equipment.
* Assist in facility startup and new equipment installations.

Qualification Requirements

* Apply sealing and hardening components to cure surfaces.

Senior Estimator General Description The Senior Estimator is responsible for and will oversee the preparation and review of all estimate packages, implementing department standards and procedures while ensuring the accuracy and completeness of estimate packages.

* Estimating projects which typically range from 5 million to 50 million dollars.

* Actively communicate with subcontractors and vendors to facilitate quotes
* Prepare reports and analysis pertinent to estimating as requested by management
* Pricing labor, equipment, and material costs.

* Ability to produce detailed, final contract estimates.

Qualification Requirements
