The Relationship Manager Law Firm Business Banking, is a Remote position responsible for cultivating and growing a portfolio of business clients within our target segment. They will manage a portfolio of existing business relationships, with an extensive focus on new business development/client acquisition, expansion of existing relationships, and client retention. They will work with their team to execute against our segment strategy, and contribute to net deposit growth, loan production, and expansion of revenue generating products and services. They will also collaborate with bank partners within their assigned markets, in delivering an excellent client experience, looking for growth opportunities throughout the entire consumer segment.
Contribute to growth of segment by executing against our segment strategy. Responsible for execution against targeted growth goals of our core KPIs, in New to bank Business Relationships, Deposit Growth, Loan Production & Treasury Management & Overall Fee Income.
Develop & maintain network of business contacts, COIs, community leaders and other referral sources to develop new business relationships and generate revenue. Effectively manage and grow the pipeline consistent with production expectations.
Work closely with Team Leader, Sr. Relationship Managers, Banking Centers, and cross line of business colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience and drive value to the clients that we serve. Encourage peers and colleagues to skillfully listen to client needs and identify business banking growth opportunities.
Source opportunities and present effective credit proposals/memos for consideration. Work with senior leadership and credit to negotiate quality loans within our established policy & guidelines.
Effectively identify & cross sell value added treasury management solutions to clients.
Ensure & uphold operational integrity amongst team by complying with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Key skills/experience qualifications for the role:
Candidates must have at least 3+ years of specific Business Banking Relationship Management sales experience, developing and managing business relationships, 5+ managing relationships/banking experience.
Candidates must have an understanding of different treasury management products & services, with the ability to identify TM needs, and offer solutions.
Experience in business/commercial credit, financial analysis techniques & lending policy, with ability to independently package and present credit deals to segment leadership & credit team up to $2MM Total Credit Exposure.
Proven track record of business development success, commercial loan origination, and Relationship Management skills.
Candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor's, and/or Master's) preferred, yet a High School diploma or GED is required. Candidates with some combination of coursework and experience, or else extensive related professional experience, are eligible for consideration.
Proven relationship management skills with demonstrated capabilities, in managing and growing a sales pipeline, fostering COI relationships & referral sources, and developing new business relationships.

Monitor Huntington's liquidity risk exposure as independent and effective challenge to the first line of defense. Perform ongoing risk monitoring, analysis, and reporting of Huntington's liquidity risk profile, considering the impacts of changes in business mix, industry trends, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
Develop quantitative support to calibrate risk limits and thresholds used to measure alignment of Huntington's liquidity risk positions with its risk appetite.
Review and challenge the impact of periodic model adjustments and key assumptions that influence liquidity risk quantification.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. + 2 years' experience in one or more cloud platforms AWS, Azure, GCP.
+ 2 years' experience with deployment pipelines, DevOps, Containers, and API's.

As a 1LTR - Cybersecurity team member, you will apply your knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, best practices, and maturity opportunities to support our Cybersecurity business function. This is a key role in helping ensure our Cybersecurity team is informed of risks within their domain so that standard and control objectives are met within our risk appetite. Responsibilities:
Support the identification and quantification/qualification of risks within the assigned subject area for the Cybersecurity segment
Manage the governance of issues through their lifecycle, from ideation to validation and subsequent closure

Support and execute various processes such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Exception Management, and assigned business governance groups

As a Technical Diligence and Asset Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our Renewable Energy Finance (REF) team at Huntington as we expand our products beyond renewables. You will be responsible for assisting the REF team in providing technical and commercial insight in (1) renewable energy debt and tax equity financing opportunities, (2) financing conventional power generation, midstream energy, public private partnerships (P3), and electrical transmission sectors, and (3) monitoring the operations of the REF's portfolio of financed projects. Types of projects include solar, battery storage, wind, geothermal, renewable natural gas (RNG), conventional natural gas (NG) power generation, liquid-natural gas (LNG) facilities, midstream facilities, and P3 projects.
Technical Diligence and Asset Manager's advice will be a key factor in assessing financing opportunities and in making prudent investment decisions.
In-depth knowledge of and experience with solar, wind, RNG, NG, and LNG technologies and projects regarding contracts, construction, production modelling, operations, and independent engineers is required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical and Commercial Diligence: Detailed technical assessments regarding project feasibility and technical risks to assess reasonableness and compliance with industry standards/practices. Includes reviews of project design, technologies, energy production, construction, operations and maintenance, contracts, environmental, and estimated useful life.
Financing Agreements: Assist in negotiating financing agreements from a technical and operational perspective.
Financing Models: Verify technical and economic assumptions and support sensitivity analyses.
Third Parties: Work with clients and independent engineers through the financing process, including providing commercially reasonable solutions to technical obstacles. Includes discussions with clients as they plan technology selection or work through design considerations for their projects. Hiring and managing independent engineers.
Asset Management: Monitor financed projects, maintain REF's portfolio performance database, monitor major technical issues. Monthly calls with clients reviewing performance and technical issues. Assist in monthly/quarterly portfolio performance reporting and presentations and other internal presentations.
Travel: Visit project sites during construction and/or operations. Attend team meetings and conferences.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in engineering or operational field.
8+ years in renewable energy
5+ years in Pvsyst modelling
4+ years in conventional power project construction and/or operation and maintenance reviews.
Experience in leading diligence and working with lenders on financing power projects.
Proficient in performance metrics.
