Qualifications:

Qualifications:
Typically between 3 - 5 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

In-depth understanding of the mortgage lending process and applicable regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Senior Community Reinvestment Regional Manager team for BMO West, this role is a critical part of the Community Reinvestment Outreach organization. Serve as a Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Subject Matter Expert for the assigned coverage area.
Conduct and interpret CRA and community development needs assessments analysis for Native and Rural Communities for BMO.
