    We're seeking a dynamic Employee Communications intern to join our Employee Communications and Engagement team. You'll support impactful, company-wide and departmental communications that engage and inform our crew at Zoox. You will also play a key role in supporting some of our core communication channels. This includes ensuring they run efficiently, optimizing processes for better engagement, and identifying opportunities for improvement and evolution. If you're excited about crafting compelling narratives and fostering strong employee communications, we'd love to hear from you! In this Role, You Will... * Support employee communication plans for People Experience, Facilities, Crew Events, and Zoox Affinity Groups * Support our Weekly All Hands and Triannual All Hands (i.e., copywriting, proofreading, hands-on support) * Support with managing some of our core channels (i.e., Pre-roll) Requirements * Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field * Must be returning to school to continue your education upon completing this internship * Good academic standing * Able to commit to a 12-week internship beginning in May or June of 2026 * Ability to relocate to a city near Foster City, California for the duration of the internship * Interns at Zoox may not use any proprietary information they are working on as part of their thesis, any published work with their university, or to be distributed to anyone outside of Zoox Qualifications * Strong written and oral communication skills * Experience with project management * Familiarity with communication tools such as Slack, Canva, Google Suite, Confluence, and Zoom Events Bonus Qualification * Experience with video editing Compensation The monthly salary range for this position is $5,500 to $7,500. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level of education. Additional benefits may include medical insurance, and a housing stipend (relocation assistance will be offered based on eligibility). Primary Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with Design, Sculpting and Engineering to interpret sketches and develop a digital model of a future automotive theme using established and emerging digital sculpting best practices and techniques.
