The thing I love about every position I worked was The salary. The salary made up for the hard work.

I don't like when im not able to have at least 1 day off a week. No days off is really a safety hazard. How do you expect for your employees to be at 100% when they aren't receiving proper rest.

The perks I liked were my 401k with the company match. And my medical & dental.

decent pay was one of the good things about working at bmw, if you needed to be absent they maid it easy

12hrs shifts at night was not what I had put in for Ive never been a big fan of the night shift

I really enjoyed the money that bmw offered also I got to drive brand new suvs as they came out of the factory

Workspace, the layout of the planta, also be in touch with the production of the serie 3
