Holman Enterprises boarding house manager job description

Holman is currently accepting applications for the role of Manager- On Boarding within our Learning and Development Team.
*Primary Tasks*:

· Develop, plan and implement a strategy for a consistent and standardized onboarding program across Holman

· Perform as the thought leader and subject matter expert on innovative, effective and efficient onboarding practices to help accelerate cultural integration and role performance within an employee's first 6-12 months

· Partner with business leaders to understand greatest needs and gaps related to onboarding

· Evaluate current new hire and onboarding processes, resources and materials and make recommendations for enhancements

· Partner with HR stakeholders and all leadership to ensure a seamless onboarding process including providing best practice guidance

· Build, grow and lead a strong team of onboarding professionals to assist in the design, development and delivery of onboarding programs

· Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to determine key outcomes and measurement strategies for onboarding programs

· Develop effective marketing and communication plans to roll out new onboarding process

· Leverage new hire survey data to offer recommendations on improving the onboarding process

· Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

*Education and/or Training: *

· Bachelor's degree in a related field

· 2+ years of people leadership including managing remote and matrixed resources

· Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

*Relevant Work Experience: *

· 3-5+ years' experience, including 2+ at a leadership level

· Breadth and depth of technical or functional expertise in own area of responsibility or department; may be acquiring knowledge of other related areas of departments

· Experience in a variety of talent practices to help employees accelerate performance and cultural integration

· Experience with measurement strategies

· Developing and implementing processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency and consistency

· Strong strategic consulting skills that leverages business acumen, industry knowledge and subject matter expertise

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
