Boardwalk Pipeline Partners CEO and leadership

Mr. Horton joined Boardwalk in May 2011 as President and Chief Executive Officer, and he is also a director of Boardwalk GP, LLC. With more than 35 years experience in the natural gas and energy industry, Mr. Horton has extensive industry knowledge. His professional background includes not only leading natural gas pipelines, but also serving as CEO or COO with companies engaged in natural gas gathering and processing, crude oil and liquids storage and transportation, and LNG. Mr. Horton has also served on the boards of several industry associations and has chaired the Gas Industry Standards Board, the Interstate Natural Gas Association of America and the Natural Gas Council.

Mr. Buskill has been the Chief Financial Officer since Boardwalk’s inception in 2005 and served in the same capacity for its predecessor since May 2003. He was named Senior Vice President, Chief Financial & Administrative Officer in July 2012. Mr. Buskill has also held various management roles for Texas Gas since 1986. He is a member of the Southern Gas Association Accounting and Finance Committee and serves on the board of various charitable organizations.

John Haynes is a Senior VP/Chief Commercial Ofcr at BOARDWALK PIPELINE PARTNERS, LP. He has worked as Senior VP:Business Development at BOARDWALK PIPELINE PARTNERS, LP and President/VP/Chief Commercial Officer at BOARDWALK PIPELINE PARTNERS, LP.

Steven Barkauskas is a Senior VP/Chief Acctg Officer at Boardwalk GP LLC and Senior VP/Chief Acctg Officer at BOARDWALK PIPELINE PARTNERS, LP and is based in Houston, Texas. He has worked as Director, Financial Reporting and Accounting Research at NISOURCE INC.; Dir:Information Technology at LEAPNET INC; and Vice President, Total Rewards at NISOURCE INC.. Steven attended University of Illinois Chicago between 1982 and 1986 and American Civil Liberties Union.
