We are currently looking for a Digital Innovation Lead for our Houston, TX office.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Digital Innovation Lead plays a foundational role in shaping and executing our digital transformation journey. You'll lead the charge in designing and delivering technology-enabled solutions that improve operational efficiency, asset performance, and business agility across midstream operations. This role will work closely with engineering, operations, IT, and digital leadership to identify opportunities, define product roadmaps, and execute both strategic and tactical initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
8+ years in digital product management, innovation leadership, or midstream operations.
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation programs.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with enterprise-wide tech implementations (ERP, CRM, cloud migrations).
PMP certification required; Agile/SAFe certifications preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS-native architectures.

The Market Risk Analyst position is responsible for monitoring trading activities for compliance with Market Risk Management policies and developing and maintaining tools for Global Trading activities. You will be responsible for independently identifying, measuring, and reporting trading gross margin, exposures, and the market risk of the portfolio of transactions that are executed and owned by the Commercial organization. This position reports to the Manager of Construction. This position shall provide leadership to a team of Construction Managers who are responsible for the construction of BWP growth expansion projects, including pipelines, compression, storage and liquid facilities.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineering Intern to join our Project Services team, supporting initiatives that enhance project execution and operational efficiency. This role will focus on data analysis, process mapping, project reporting, and minor improvement initiatives to drive better decision-making and streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, analyze, and visualize project performance data.
Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, etc.
Process Mapping & Improvement
Document current workflows and identify bottlenecks.
Create process maps using Visio or like applications.
Recommend improvements for efficiency and standardization.
Project Support
Assist in preparing scopes of work and project documentation.
Support minor initiatives related to project execution and compliance.
Continuous Improvement
Participate in process improvement workshops.
Contribute ideas for automation and optimization.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI and SharePoint
Knowledge of process mapping tools (Visio).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
