POSITION DESCRIPTION: The engineer will provide engineering support on a variety of natural gas pipeline and meter projects in order to provide for the safe, efficient, and reliable transportation of natural gas. This person will be responsible for basic pipeline engineering and interpreting company specifications to scope projects and direct engineering and construction firms. This person will be responsible for checking drawing packages for adherence to project goals as well as company and industry specifications, codes, and standards. This person will select appropriate material and ensure it is fit for purpose. This person will support various project managers and numerous projects. This position will primarily support pipeline and meter station projects. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline Project Management experience Experience with managing budgets Strong technical writing capabilities required to draft engineering, construction, and land contracts. Job Summary: The SCADA Engineer, working on our engineering and construction team, will be responsible for the design and implementation of SCADA systems for our renewable energy projects.
