We are currently looking for a Mechanical Specialist/Sr. Mechanical Specialist for our Carthage, TX office.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The successful candidate's primary responsibility will include the day-to-day operations and maintenance tasks associated with the various compressor station facilities for Boardwalk's Carthage #2 and Carthage Junction Compressor Stations located in Carthage Texas.
The incumbent will be responsible for regulatory compliance including environmental, health and safety, operations, maintenance, and repair of station equipment including, but not limited to reciprocating and centrifugal natural gas compressors, air compressors, natural gas fired engines, turbines, fluid separation equipment, valves, etc. The chosen candidate will be expected to follow procedures associated with DOT regulations, industry standards, manufacturer recommendations, and BWP guidelines as they relate to equipment and appurtenances. This includes but is not limited to; operating the equipment and the lead role in the repair and maintenance of reciprocating natural gas fired engines, turbines, along with associated compressor units including the overhaul and mechanical repairs of all reciprocating natural gas engines, turbines and compressors. Additional responsibilities include completing OMS database compliance and maintenance inspections as assigned, performing routine maintenance activities such as filter changes, cleaning and inspecting coolers, periodic checks associated with various components throughout the facility and with engines/compressor (e.g. valves, shut-down devices, rod/bearing clearances, packing, piston clearances, lube oil samples, web deflections, cooling fan inspections, emergency shut down systems, fire/gas detection, etc.), and monitoring flows and operating conditions of all units at the Carthage #2 and Carthage Junction Compressor Stations.
The successful candidate will follow all BWP safety rules, environmental and OSHA regulations, document all maintenance activities and operational data. The successful candidate may also occasionally assist at other Compressor stations on Boardwalk's Gulf South Transmission system as needed. Qualified candidates will be responsible for emergency response and must live within 30 miles of the Carthage Compressor Stations in order to respond to call outs.
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
One or more years' experience in operation and maintenance of Waukesha, White Superior natural gas fired engines and Solar Turbines.
On the job training or work experience in the natural gas industry or equivalent petrochemical/oil industry.
Must be self-motivated and have a strong commitment to personal and team safety
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions including hot, cold, muddy, rocky and wet environments and ability to stand for long periods of lime, and climb stairs and ladders, etc.
Ability lo utilize a PC and manage a filing
system.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong mechanical aptitude.
Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. for a minimum of
50 feet.
Valid driver's license with a safe driving record with no restrictions.

Summary:
Works with field operating personnel daily to provide technical expertise and assistance to Area Directors, Operations Managers, Engineers, Technicians and other operating personnel as required to assure the safe and reliable operation of pipeline facilities, damage prevention, public awareness, and pipeline integrity programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* High Consequence Area (HCA ): Review and validate proposed HCA changes.
* Class Location Process - Interaction with Area personnel and Division/Houston GIS to determine the existence of sites or population density that may trigger the extent of existing or creation of a new class location. Review and validate proposed class location changes.
* Encroachment Analysis and Remediation -Lead role in addressing proposed encroachment activities by outside parties including landowner actions, road and highway projects, municipal and utility projects, developer and residential projects, etc. Responsibilities will include direct interface beyond the initial contact to present clear and consistent company requirements; to enforce company requirements as needed; to ensure proper documentation and proposed plans are forwarded to appropriate departments within O&E; and to act as a liaison between the third party and O&E when company facility modifications are required.

* Line Cleaning and ILI assistance across the division.
* Employee Qualifications -Resource to area management in performing training and qualification evaluations for SPP and OQ.

The Sr. Specialist, Work Management Mobile Platforms is responsible for maintaining the work management Mobile application across AES globally and must possess expert knowledge of the Mobile administration system responsibilities. This role is part of the O&M BOP Team, reporting to the BOP/High Voltage Team Leader, the High Voltage Specialist provides the safe management, maintenance, documentation, and repair guidance of high voltage equipment and Balance of Plant components for our Wind, Solar, and Solar plus Storage sites.
Essential Functions:
Investigate/document NERC-registered protection system operations, report mis-operations to the AES Clean Energy (AES CE) NERC compliance team, develop/document Corrective Action Plans as needed and ensure Corrective Actions have been completed
Reads/analyzes relay event files to assist O&M personnel in determining causes of trips and identifying where faults may be in the System
Implement the Protection System Maintenance Plan for all newly on-boarded NERC registered assets
Is familiar with Protection System corrective and preventative maintenance for all assets. for NERC-registered assets, this maintenance shall be done in accordance with PRC-005-6.
Ensure all maintenance records are up to date for all protection system components
Knowledge of various equipment found in substation protection schemes including microprocessor relays, electro-mechanical lock-out relays, communication pathways (including fiber optic paths), potential transformers, current transformers, etc.
In-depth knowledge of NERC standards associated with Protection Systems including (but not limited to): PRC-005-6, PRC-004-5(i), PRC-026-1, PRC-027-1
Works with commissioning team for new projects to ensure all SCADA monitoring points are brought in from protection system relays for adequate system health monitoring and ensuring consistency among assets
Reviews AES CE currently operating assets to identify weakness in protection monitoring and maintenance and makes recommendations for improvement
Plays an active role to drive operation and maintenance to a 115 KV interconnect
Responsible for all high voltage activities 115 KV and 34.5 KV (Vacuum Circuit Breakers & GSU)
Fix and repair of electrical components - Switch gear, Transformers, Protection Relays, and Breakers
Safe and proper use of electrical testing equipment.
Manage and coordinate the work of multiple contractors and suppliers
Effectively schedule electrical work activities and outage coordination
Responsible for predictive, preventive, and corrective electrical maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate records and files
Ensure high-voltage tools, equipment and parts are available or in stock to perform work.
Maintain good/working relationships with investors and key points of contact
Educational and Skill Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience with an associate degree in electrical engineering; or extensive High Voltage Electrical maintenance experience
Must maintain a valid State driver's license
Must have thorough knowledge of NFPA 70E requirements regarding arc flash analyses
Experience in maintaining Over-head and Under-ground electrical infrastructure and Underground Collection Systems

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Specialist with deep expertise in Materials Management (MM) to join our team supporting our RGLNG facility in Brownsville, Texas. This critical role will focus on ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and optimization of all materials master data within our SAP S/4HANA environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and governing material master records while supporting procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations in the LNG industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Material Master Data Management:
* Create and maintain material master records across all relevant views (Basic Data, Purchasing, MRP, Accounting, Plant/Storage, Warehouse Management)
* Manage material types, material groups, and valuation classes specific to LNG operations (spare parts, consumables, chemicals, equipment, MRO items)
* Configure and maintain procurement-related fields including purchasing groups, source lists, and info records
* Ensure proper setup of MRP parameters, safety stock levels, reorder points, and lot sizing procedures
* Maintain unit of measure conversions, batch management settings, and serial number profiles
* MRP & Planning Support:
* Maintain and update MRP-related parameters in SAP (lot sizes, lead times, safety stock, reorder points, planning strategies).
* Monitor, analyze, and execute MRP results to ensure material availability for customer demand.
* Collaborate with Warehouse Staff, Maintenance Planners, and Procurement Staff to resolve exceptions and shortages identified by MRP runs.
* Support optimization of inventory levels and planning accuracy through data-driven adjustments.
* Data Governance & Quality:
* Implement and enforce material master data governance policies and procedures
* Conduct regular data quality audits using SAP standard reports (MM60, MMBE, MB52) and custom queries
* Identify and resolve duplicate materials, obsolete records, and data inconsistencies
* Manage material master change requests through defined workflows and approval processes
* Coordinate mass maintenance activities using LSMW, MM17, or other mass update tools
* Process Support & Integration:
* Ensure seamless integration between MM and other modules (FI, CO, PP, PM, QM, EWM)
* Collaborate with warehouse teams on inventory management processes (goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers)
* Support MRP runs and procurement planning activities
* Assist in physical inventory counts and cycle counting processes
* Reporting & Analytics:
* Generate standard and custom reports for inventory valuation, slow-moving materials, and stock analysis
* Create and maintain dashboards for material master KPIs using SAP Analytics Cloud or similar tools
* Support month-end closing activities related to materials management
* Provide data analysis for procurement optimization and inventory reduction initiatives

* Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance: ≥ 95% (24-48 hour turnaround for requests)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
* In lieu of bachelor's degree, 8+ years of verifiable SAP MM master data experience
* Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP MM module experience with focus on master data management, including proficiency in key MM transactions
* Knowledge of SAP MM configuration including material types, valuation areas, and account determination
* Experience with data migration tools (LSMW, BAPI, BDC) and mass maintenance techniques
* Understanding of integration points with FI-CO, PP, PM, QM modules
* Proficiency in Excel, SAP Query, and reporting tools
* Understanding of industry-specific material categories (pipes, valves, instrumentation, rotating equipment)
* Familiarity with industry standards and specifications (ASME, API, ISO)

Summary:
The Associate Specialist, Lease Administration is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of lease payments for approximately 100 properties, while also serving as a key support resource for the Real Estate team. * Managing the daily processes of account management across assigned territory, utilizing market and customer intel to deliver optimal ebitda and volume results and responding to and resolving any customer-related issues quickly and satisfactorily.
* Utilizing our competitive advantages in supply strength to grow our customer base and EBITDA , as well as identify new markets for growth.
* Communicating heavily across all internal channels: Business Development, Pricing, Supply and Trading, Customer Set Up, Customer Solutions, Accounting, and back-office personnel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Identifies prospects in growth markets, working in tandem with Business Development to win customers and grow volume in specified Development Markets.
* Determines prospects needs, providing economical solutions for each that demonstrate value, satisfying the prospect while achieving sales goals and Sunoco financial objectives.
* Accurately reports sales activity and key performance metrics at regular cadences.
* Establishes relationships with existing businesses and capitalizes on opportunities in target growth markets.
* Meets annual budget and growth requirements for assigned geography through thorough understanding of existing customer base and market, and by effectively adapting to market conditions.
* Effectively resolves all customer facing issues from Salesforce cases such as billing, loading, and drafting, and proactively handles customer complaints.
* Utilizes Salesforce to create and maintain a strong sales pipeline with detailed customer information. Records opportunities through each phase of the sales funnel to effectively expand business with existing customers.
* Clearly articulates ongoing activity with leads, opportunities, proposals made/excepted/rejected and anticipated closings. Keeps management apprised of competitive initiatives and challenges.
* Provides critical thinking to overcome objections to successfully complete negotiations.
* Attends tradeshows/conferences as appropriate to reinforce relationships and to grow opportunity pipeline while maintaining awareness of competitive industry practices.
* Effectively takes ownership of new accounts from Business Development to increase volume and ebitda for new customers.
* Understands daily hedge forecast model, supply position, and sales volume at terminal level, and territory market dynamics, and reacts timely to changes across these platforms.
* Prepares and presents RFP, Bid, and Contract pricing and volume, while recognizing other deals in the given marketplace to avoid issues with our existing customers and supply.
* Creates and presents professional proposals/offers for prospective accounts. Works with Supply/Trading/Operations to develop and execute contracts/agreements.
* Acts as a business consultant with a credible source of industry and market knowledge.
* Effectively utilizes technology, programs, and platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Right Angle, Concur, etc.) for all phases of the sales process.
* Represents Sunoco LP with credibility and integrity.
* Effectively communicates with management and internal channels to align growth strategy by market, by customer, and by terminal supply point.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 2-5 Years Sales experience required.
* Knowledge of SAP, Right Angle, Salesforce, Excel, and Concur preferred.
* Travel 25 - 50% of the time, some overnight, some multiple nights in a row.
* Complete all travel and expense related reports.
