Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required. There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque. Facilities Engineer Key Responsibilities: System Design & Optimization: * Design and implement upgrades or modifications to facility infrastructure to meet production demands. * Evaluate and improve energy efficiency and resource utilization. Compliance & Safety: * Ensure all facility operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental, health, and safety standards. * Conduct risk assessments and implement safety improvements for equipment and infrastructure. Project Management: * Plan and execute facility-related projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with contractors and vendors. * Provide technical support for new equipment installations and facility expansions. Troubleshooting & Repairs: * Lead troubleshooting efforts for facility equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions. * Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Documentation & Reporting: * Maintain detailed records of facility systems, equipment manuals, and maintenance schedules. * Prepare regular reports on system performance, maintenance activities, and energy usage. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field. * Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in facilities engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or foundry environment. * Technical Skills: * Proficiency in CAD software and facility management systems. * Strong understanding of foundry processes and associated facility requirements. * Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. * Certifications: Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Facility Manager (CFM) preferred. * Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Working Conditions: * Exposure to high temperatures, noise, and dust in a foundry environment. * May require standing, walking, and climbing for extended periods. * Occasional after-hours work for emergency repairs or maintenance.
