The Server at Five Iron Golf goes beyond simply taking orders, guiding guests through the menu and offering recommendations that elevate both the dining and gaming experience and the overall guest satisfaction, while also driving sales.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Follow Five Iron standards for guest engagement, including prompt drink service, upselling techniques, and contributing to a lively atmosphere
Accurately take food and drink orders
Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
Monitor guests' experience and promptly address any concerns
Use point-of-sale terminals to enter orders and process payments accurately
Ensure the golf simulators, tables, chairs, and surrounding areas are clean and presentable
Take pride in ensuring guests' enjoyment by actively checking in with guests throughout their booking to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all of our technology, additional products, and promotions
Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness
Verify guests' legal drinking age
Assist with closing duties as needed
Required Qualifications:
Server and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required

Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
Provide fast, friendly, professional service to gaming guests, beverage servers and bartenders
Maintain par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar obtaining replacement stock from alcohol storage areas in accordance with procedure.
Keep all service wells stocked with set pars of paper goods and alcohol.
Stock the weekly beer and liquor order in its proper location.
Clean and stocks the guest self-serves as needed throughout the shift.
Clean and stocks the Employee Dining Room/Backstage Café
Responsible for keg change and removal and proper storage.
Cleaning and organization of service wells, beer cooler and storage areas.
Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
Will work special events, as needed.
Other duties, as needed.
