I worked at the perryman Maryland warehouse unloading trucks when I got covid they made me miss over two weeks of work instead of regular quarantine and showing a negative test when I got back I was called “equipment” like I wasn’t a person I don’t complain about hard work but I do expect to be treated like a person! The manager stuck his hand in my face and shook it at me it was very aggressive!
See above! And yes I quit they didn’t know I was gone until over an hour later! No concern for the safety of their employees clearly!
None!
It's a big Family. You have a voice, are able to work hard and play hard and grow.
It's retail so giving up weekends can be rough for those not accutomed to it, bit that's where you make the bulk of your money!
The benefits are awesome! The costs to the associates have not increased over the last 8 years, the company has absorbed the increases! Great time off including your Birthday as a Holiday!!!
Overall good environment, employees pretty much getting along nicely.
If you work in a showroom store the warehouse worker pretty much runs the entire place with the pay not equaling to the work. Sales associates only make 5% commissions on sales and get pretty catty towards one another.
No favorite perks, benefits to rejoice about.
It started laying my foundation.
