Lawrence Kurzius is the President and Chief Operating Officer for McCormick. he has responsibility for businesses worldwide. Kurzius continues to lead Global Quality, Supply Chain and R&D Corporate functions and acts as President Global Consumer and President North America, and is a member of McCormick's Management Committee. Kurzius joined McCormick in 2003 through the acquisition of Zatarain’s, where he was President and CEO. In 2005, he became Vice President and General Manager of Sales and Marketing for McCormick’s U.S. Consumer. He was promoted to President U.S. Consumer Foods in 2005 and, in 2007, became McCormick’s President Europe, Middle East and Africa. In 2008, he was named President International businesses. He was named President Global Consumer and CAO in 2013 and in 2014 was named President Americas and China and Chief Administrative Officer and assumed his current responsibilities in 2015. Prior to McCormick, Kurzius spent 12 years at Zatarain’s and was a marketing executive with the Quaker Oats Company and Mars Inc.’s Uncle Ben’s Company. Kurzius graduated from Princeton University, in Economics, and is a former director of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s New Orleans Branch. He is a trustee of Jacksonville University.

Mark A. Clouse was named Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Board in May 2016. Mr. Clouse joined Pinnacle from Mondelez International, Inc. where he most recently held the role of Chief Commercial Officer. Before becoming Chief Commercial Officer, he worked as Chief Growth Officer for Mondelez , where he was responsible for the company’s growth strategy and oversaw key areas such as corporate strategy, global marketing, global sales, and research, development and quality. Throughout his 20-year tenure at Kraft Foods Inc., including the subsequent spin-off of Mondelez, Mr. Clouse served in a range of leadership positions involving iconic food brands and entrepreneurial global businesses in emerging markets such as Brazil and China. Prior to joining Kraft Foods Inc., Mr. Clouse served in the United States Army as a pilot and completed his service as a Captain. Mr. Clouse is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.

Monty Pooley is a President & CEO at Shearer's Foods LLC and is based in Erie Pennsylvania Area.
