Job Summary:
Primary responsibility of the FieldServiceTechnician/ Diesel Mechanic is to maintain, service and repair the company's mechanical equipment including pumps, generators and related equipment. The FieldServiceTechnician will serve as a working team member and individual contributor to the overall team's success.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Service, repair and maintain the company's diesel pumps, fleet and mechanical equipment
Perform repairs and maintenance on company equipment at job sites as required
Perform quality checks on repaired equipment
Maintain complete and accurate service records on all equipment serviced
Tune up wellpoint systems as required
Complete required documentation of all repairs and service as per company procedure
Maintain workspaces and promote shop safety by cleaning work areas and removing hazardous materials
Adhere to applicable company and regulatory agency environmental, health and safety standards
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Bilingual - Fluent in both English and Spanish
Experience diagnosing, servicing, and repairing large equipment preferred
Appropriate repair certifications desired
Ability to obtain a valid DOT Medical Card

Skills you'll need:

The Crusher Heavy Equipment FieldServiceTechnician performs in-field repairs on various brands of heavy equipment. This will include diagnosing issues, ordering parts, writing technical reports, maintaining the care of company assets, and communicating professionally with others. Position Summary:
The FieldService Technical Engineer will provide technical support for the project site team. This is a hands-on position working closely with corporate IT, onsite project team members and 3rd party contractors.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Install, troubleshoot & repair hardware, software, & peripheral equipment
* Assist/manage site-wide network setup and support
* Assist with jobsite trailer mobilization and demobilization as required
* Work with site team to proactively address and resolve service requests and/or to gather information necessary to resolve service requests.
* Communicate with other IT team members to resolve issues and expedite work
* Work with 3rd party vendors/support as needed
* Manage service tickets in IT ticketing system
* Effectively determine when to escalate an issue
* Willing to work during non-business hours when necessary to support site moves, local network upgrades, etc.
Salary Range: $56,000.00 - $78,400.00 +12% geo-uplift and additional compensation for temporary relocation of $4000+/month
Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
* Minimum of 5 years technical support experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing PC's, printers, peripherals, networks, and voice/data connectivity
* Minimum of 3 years experience coordinating, planning & execution of jobsite office mobilizations, moves and demobilizations
Position Related Skills
* In depth knowledge of networking topology, routers, switches, WAPs, etc.
* In depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop OS, Server OS & O365 applications

This is an on-site position responsible for providing superior customer service and quality technical support for internal employees and external collaborative business partners. The ITFE will work as a part of a team to support employees located at a large construction jobsite in the Burlington, TX area.
Responsibilities
Interacts in-person, via telephone, email, IM, and web interface to assist users.
Analyzes, prioritizes, troubleshoots, and resolves technical issues, including employee laptops and mobility devices in a timely fashion in accordance with SLAs and OLAs.
Installs and maintains software/equipment/networks at the jobsite.
Responsible for creation, tracking, and resolving incidents and tasks in SolarWinds/Samanage.
Records, tracks, and audits equipment using the established asset management system (Samanage) and processes, including asset recovery at the jobsite.
Responsible for maintaining company security through established tools.
Responsible for implementing rollouts for company technology that may impact the jobsite.
Follows ITIL processes for incident and problem management.
Provides IT training during onboarding and provisions assets following established best practices.
Provide relevant input for technical and process improvements to contribute and the overall effectiveness of the DPR IT organization.
Takes initiative to work with other cross-functional IT team members to improve the quality of service.
Remains current on information technology, especially mobility solutions for business needs.
Works with jobsite team to design and implement infrastructure according to company standards.
Liaison with project team members to plan for jobsite IT needs during project lifecycle.
Determines, recommends, procures, and executes products or services that best fit the requesters needs, within DPR large project standards.
Implements and follows large project jobsite standardization practices.
Works with service providers and trade partners to install and implement jobsite technologies.
Responsible for mobilization and demobilization of IT equipment at field offices and other remote areas across project site.
Ensures quality customer service by maintaining ownership of jobsite escalated issues until resolved, including communication and root cause analysis.
Flexibility to identify and self-schedule afterhours or weekend work when needed.
Troubleshoots various technical issues as level 1, level 2, or level 3 support.
Coordinate and track IT project deadlines and tasks.

Sciens Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Fire ServiceTechnician with programming, troubleshooting, and repair capabilities and experience. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING (and doing well!)
Troubleshoot and repair fire life safety systems including conventional, addressable, voice systems, complex smoke control, and networked solutions.
Use a variety of troubleshooting tools to analyze systems and detect fault conditions.
Ensure maximum system detection and alarm coverage when effecting repairs.
Manage repair reports in accordance with NFPA for customer acceptance and billing information.
Program manufacturers' advanced system product platform(s)/graphical systems.
Manage vehicle inventory and repair tools.
Provide support, guidance, and expertise to other technicians, training them on equipment as well as company policies and procedures.
Make on-site decisions pertaining to the strategic installation of audible and visual notification systems.
Determine the optimal placement of detection devices to ensure efficient and effective implementation of safety and security measures.

WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT YOU
High school diploma or equivalent.
Five (5) years of experience in a repair or systems technician role within the fire-life safety industry.
Knowledge of current fire alarm systems, including smoke control, graphic user interfaces, and networked solutions.
Demonstratable mastery of fire alarm circuit integrity and how to troubleshoot for circuit opens, shorts, and/or ground conditions.
Independent ability to program multiple manufacturer's advanced system product platform(s)/graphical systems. Ability to read and understand a smoke report sequence of operations and the verify system operation based on that sequence.
Experience with systems such as Gamewell/FCI, Farenhyt, Silent Knight, and/or FireLite preferred.
Knowledge of NFPA 72 code requirements.
Advanced knowledge of Article 760 of NFPA 70 (electrical code) for the installation of fire systems and circuiting.
Advanced knowledge of Section 907 of the International Fire Code or state-adopted fire code.
Advanced knowledge of Section 909 of the International Building Code or state-adopted building code.
Knowledgeable of state, federal, and other regulatory requirements for testing of fire alarm systems.
NICET level II.

Position Summary:
The FieldService Technical Engineer will provide technical support for the project site team. This is a hands-on position working closely with corporate IT, onsite project team members and 3rd party contractors.
Essential Responsibilities:
Install, troubleshoot & repair hardware, software, & peripheral equipment
Assist/manage site-wide network setup and support
Assist with jobsite trailer mobilization and demobilization as required
Work with site team to proactively address and resolve service requests and/or to gather information necessary to resolve service requests.
Communicate with other IT team members to resolve issues and expedite work
Work with 3rd party vendors/support as needed
Manage service tickets in IT ticketing system
Effectively determine when to escalate an issue
Willing to work during non-business hours when necessary to support site moves, local network upgrades, etc.
Salary Range: $56,000.00 - $78,400.00 +12% geo-uplift and additional compensation for temporary relocation of $4000+/month
Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education
Minimum of 5 years technical support experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing PC's, printers, peripherals, networks, and voice/data connectivity
Minimum of 3 years experience coordinating, planning & execution of jobsite office mobilizations, moves and demobilizations
