As a Body Care Specialist you will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of new services and enhancements under the direction of the Body Care Service Innovation Manager. You will work with cross-functional team members to equip departments with appropriate information to create compelling marketing, comprehensive training, and the correct requirements to guide the IT for implementation.
Essential Functions
+ Lead cross-functional teams, including collaboration with Learning & Development, Project Managers, and Marketing to execute service led relationships
+ Responsible for launch of services through entire process from business case approval as assigned
+ Support tests and rollouts with protocols, education, structure, guidance, and communication
+ Consult and provide technical support for new service offerings as directed
+ Build a comprehensive understanding of existing services offered at Massage Envy franchise locations
+ Works closely with the Project Management group to achieve milestones and deliver future rollouts operational excellence
+ Participate in research and development for Body Care Services & Products including sample vetting and providing feedback to the category manager with the lens of Massage Envy business objectives including the execution of all in-house testing of products and services
+ Ad-hoc projects, special requests, and other duties as assigned
Education, Experience, and Skills Required
+ Associate degree or certification from an accredited program in related field preferred
+ Prior experience in such fields as massage therapy, personal training, athletic training, physical therapy, etc.
+ Experience with protocol development
+ Decisive and can express opinions in a professional manner
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Self-starter with the ability to take on projects and tackle challenges with oversight from the Body Care Service Innovation Manager
+ Ability to work with diverse and multidisciplinary teams
+ Able to work independently and drive consistently high-quality work under tight timeframes
+ Excellent time-management and organizational skills
+ Ability to work and meet tight deadlines
