This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
You'll Bring These Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) from an accredited university with 8 years of experience; or Master's degree in STEM with 6 years of experience
• Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
• Experience utilizing the Agile Scrum Framework
• Experience in MS&A areas to include V&V
• Experience developing V&V artifacts
• Experience developing MBSE content
• Experience guiding technical documents through review processes in a DoD environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Have an active U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope.
• At least 1 year leading a project and/or driving performance against schedule
• Prior Experience as an Agile Product Owner
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MBSE tools (Cameo, DOORs, CPLM, PLM, or similar)
• Demonstrated experience identifying and proactively mitigating programmatic or technical risks
• Familiarity with large missile systems
• Experience guiding engineers through technical processes
• Experience providing oversite to multi-disciplinary teams and working across IPT boundaries
• Experience with Agile Release Train (ART) or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Expert with the Atlassian Tool Suite
• Background in computer programming including Python, C, C#, and C++
• Experience with MIL-STD-3022
Primary Level Salary Range: $146,500.00 - $219,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
