What You'll Need: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field Basic understanding of quality standards, testing procedures, and process improvement methodologies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Entering Sophomore year or higher Compensation: $22-$27 per hour, commensurate with relevant experience and educational background Work Hours/Length of Program: The internship will run for 12 weeks from May to August Temporary Part/Full Time, targeting 40 hours per week Exact start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules and the needs of the business This is a paid internship Working Conditions and Physical Demands: This position is based in our manufacturing and laboratory environments and involves exposure to production processes. Employees are required to follow safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE) when onsite.
