Communicate with yard personnel and supervisors to coordinate moves and tasks. Maintain a safe work environment by following established protocols and procedures. Qualifications: Previous experience operating heavy equipment or machinery in a logistics or industrial environment preferred Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail. Skills and Qualifications: CDL A class driver license in good standing. Duties and Responsibilities: Operate heavy equipment (dozers, front-end loaders, backhoes, excavators, grinders, compactors) efficiently and safely. Produce a consistent quality product with no customer complaints. Coordinate with Project Manager and transportation to ensure necessary equipment, fuel, tools, and materials are available. Complete daily inspection of equipment at the start and end of shift. Clean off machines inside and out daily (tracks, cab, lift arms, battery boxes, buckets). Ensure equipment is fueled and serviced daily.
