Facilitating insurance (AXA XL GAPS), internal audits and Fire Department inspections of fire prevention programs and systems. Facilitating investigations of fire related incidents including Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) assessments. Developing and updating fire related pre-fire plans and master plans. Developing and providing subject matter expertise on training for fire and life safety systems. Knowledge of applicable NFPA standards including NFPA 13, 25, 30, 33, 45, 70, 70E, and 72, as well as DOD and local fire code requirements.
