Who You Are You are an experienced Manufacturing professional with a strong background in the manufacturing development and production of new, highly complex electronic systems. You are self-actualized, familiar with all aspects of manufacturing development, plant management, scheduling, testing, integrated reporting and able to work cross functionally to achieve targeted outcomes. You have demonstrated leadership and outstanding results in prior roles in Manufacturing and in the Boeing Production System (including RCCA and Lean). You are a problem solver, collaborator & team player able to lead individuals and teams to surpass priorities time and again. Position Responsibilities Identify, develop and implement best practices and common methods for avionic manufacturing. Standardize manufacturing across programs / production sites using best practice and common methods Collaborate with program design engineering teams during development to aid Design for Manufacturing & Test Develop and implement common solutions and performance reporting. Seek out and implement integration & continuous improvement opportunities on and across programs. Implement Lean Improvements Assist IPTs with manufacturing support. Co-Lead ESGP Gate Reviews for Manufacturing Set Quality objectives, develop execution plans and lead teams to surpass objectives Work cross functionally to drive Manufacturing Excellence throughout the AvionX organization This position will be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Heath, Ohio production location. Candidates must be willing to travel approximately 25%.
