Flexjet is currently seeking a QA Automation Engineer. The QA Automation Engineer analyzes the functionality of applications and designs automated tests to validate their performance and reliability. Completes development, execution, and documentation of test plans and scripts. Assists non-QA resources in the planning and execution of user acceptance testing. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain, design, and implement test automation frameworks for a continuous integration and execution model. Create and design the testing approach (Unit, Functional, Integration, System, User). Create automation tests by analyzing user stories, acceptance criteria, creating initial test designs, writing scripts, installing the automation testing tools, and reporting results. Develop a repeatable process for designing, developing, and executing scripts. Conduct tests, document, and analyze test results, and present findings to development teams. Preparing reports on all aspects related to software testing. Participating in project meetings including Agile/Scrum grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups.
