The Test Engineering Manager 2 will be responsible for supporting the Test Strategy Pivot (TSP) efforts within the System Test Team (STT) IPT. The successful candidate will lead the execution of specific working groups within the Test Strategy Pivot, and/or the replanning efforts focusing primarily on test execution within the System Test IPT but across all Segment/IPT Sentinel Test teams. The candidate will support a diverse Test Engineering team responsible for the program realignment.
This position requires an organizational skillset with knowledge of creating new processes and tools. The candidate must act with speed to overcome obstacles and resolve issues. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to demonstrate sound metrics management and the ability to effectively communicate to the Test Strategy Pivot program leadership.
A successful track record of program performance, interpersonal team building skills, and cross-functional management experience is highly desired.
