Guard and maintain the safety and security of our employees, armored truck, and liability at all times
Deliver or pick up valuables at customer locations
Dispatch personnel to ensure successful transactions
Remain alert and prepared at all times, not only protecting the crew or premises against attack, but also watching for accidents that could result in a loss
Reconcile customer deposits and receipts of all valuables handled during daily business
Follow all applicable procedures, policies and regulations relating to the safe and lawful carrying, handling, care, security and use of firearms
Provide excellent customer service
Guard liability and assets
The Qualifications You Must Have:
Minimum of 21 years of age
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements
A valid firearms permit OR ability to pass applicable firearms licensing requirements
Ability to obtain a guard card or any other required licenses
Chauffeur's license OR ability to obtain one (Indiana, Louisiana, and Michigan residents only)
Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

· Respond to and investigate security incidents related to the EHR system, ensuring timely resolution and proper reporting to relevant stakeholders.
· Perform risk assessments on new modules or integrations within the EHR, identifying potential security vulnerabilities and developing mitigation strategies.
· Coordinate with clinical, IT, and legal teams on breach notification processes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaboration & Coordination:
· Collaborate with the EHR implementation and optimization teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into the deployment of new features, updates, and third-party applications.
· Work closely with other members of the IT security team to ensure alignment between EHR security and overall organizational cybersecurity strategies.
· Participate in governance and compliance meetings, offering insights and reports on EHR security.
Continuous Improvement:
· Stay informed about emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices related to EHR systems.
· Recommend improvements and optimizations to the EHR security environment based on industry trends and emerging threats.
Qualifications:
Education:
· Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant work experience may substitute for formal education.
· Security Certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, HCISPP) are highly desirable.
Experience:
· 3-5 years of experience in IT security, preferably within the healthcare industry.
· Prior experience with EHR systems is preferred.
· Experience with HIPAA compliance, healthcare IT security audits, and risk management.
· Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC), identity management, and data encryption as it relates to healthcare information systems.

Purpose of Position

* Assist with on the job training of new security associates. Will provide security awareness and new hire security training to the associate population.
* Perform transportation services for NetJets' Executives and Owners.
* Monitor electronic protection systems including alarms, CCTV, access control, fire, elevator, intercom and other systems as assigned. Dispatch security, public safety or other personnel to alarm conditions across the country from our alarm monitoring center. Maintain data bases within these systems and provides reports from same.
* Monitor alarm systems across the country. Maintain, trouble shoot, repair hardware systems. Maintain and modify software and data bases. Provide database and activity reports based on alarm activity. Direct vendors during the install process. Frequent communication with end users for training and problem resolution.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Corporate Security Specialist will be responsible for safeguarding the workspace from safety and security hazards, responding to acts of violence, and providing limited medical aid. The job requires a high level of personal integrity and honesty, confidentiality, good judgment, strong problem-solving skills (especially under pressure), and the capacity to follow instructions. This position requires an exceptionally talented, personable, and self-motivated individual to work in a highly visible, interactive role, providing holistic security for the client's office in Palo Alto, California. The Corporate Security Specialist will maintain access control, support incident management, and act to support threat management and emergency response.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Safeguard the client site and personnel from all forms of security and safety hazards
Provide security coverage for employees, guests, and others in a way that is professional, courteous, and in compliance with established policies and procedures
Establish a front-facing security presence during business hours
Monitor access control, alarm, & CCTV technologies.
Assist in the development and implementation of SOPs
Facilitate and manage visitor process/reception function and guest badge issuance
Person of Interest management for unsolicited contact (visits, mail, phone calls, etc.)
Securing the arrival and departure routes for key executives
Provide critical medical triage until first responders can arrive
Assist in the development of a streamlined incident reporting and activity log and remain diligent in maintaining an accurate record.

Demonstrate integrity and excellent customer service skills in all assignments in a professional office setting

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a corporate security position
All required licenses and certification requirements, including:
Current California unarmed security guard license
Licensing/proven training in defensive tactics, de-escalation, first aid/medical response, and security guarding
Must hold or be able to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED training or higher
Experience with physical security, CCTV, and alarm monitoring systems
High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information; excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a comfort level in interfacing with senior company leadership
Skilled in synthesizing facts, concepts, and principles

QUALIFICATIONS
· 18 years of age or older
· Eligible to work in the United States
· Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
· Associate's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience in the safety environment is a plus
· Obtain OSHA 30 certification within 90 days
· Obtain HAZWOPER certification within 120 days

Serve as a trusted security advisor to program managers, technical leads, and government sponsors ensuring mission objectives align with national security protection requirements.

Perform self-inspections and participate in government Continuous Monitoring reviews and on-site inspections.
Advise leadership on security risks and provide strategies for mitigation.
Develop, coordinate and implement security education, training and awareness programs.
Lead and conduct internal investigations on security incidents, in line with legal and sponsor requirements.
Provide recommendations for corrective actions based on findings.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and investigations in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

As a Transit Security Officer in Training (TSO-T), you will provide security services for employees, contractors, customers, and visitors. With the support of the Transit Police Unit (TPU), the Social Worker Program, and customer service positions across the agency, you will help provide a safe and secure environment. This entails patrolling, monitoring, and responding to security incidents, among other duties.
Essential Duties
Patrol and inspect Community Transit property, vehicles, and service areas to:
Prevent and discover rule of conduct and policy violations
Identify and address other suspicious activity
Assist customers in successfully using our services
Assist employees as needed
Inspect property
Provide event security, crowd control, checkpoint control, and vehicle flagging as requested.
Patrols will be conducted solo, with a partner, or as part of a group. Patrolling will be on foot, driving a vehicle, riding a bus, and other similar activities.
Respond to all types of incidents and emergencies, both in-progress and not in-progress.
Take appropriate action, possibly in a lead role.
Liaison with responding law enforcement, first responders, and other Community Transit staff.
Assist Transit Police with non-law enforcement activities.
Provide first aid, CPR, AED, and other approved medical aid.
As directed, conduct internal security investigations and facilitate fact-finding.
Enforce Rules of Conduct and other Community Transit policies. Issue warnings, re-seat requests, temporary denials of service, exclusions, parking warnings or impounds, and conduct fare enforcement activities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local security policies, laws, and regulations.
Security Operations Center (SOC):
Manage CCTV, access control, alarm monitoring, and security communication systems. Monitor and assess activity, deploy resources, and coordinate cross-departmental activity.
Answer phones, radios, and other communication methods. Triage information and coordinate response.
Monitor intelligence and threat information, both open source and confidential, to determine appropriate response and mitigation.
Monitor non-security systems and provide notification to other departments as needed.
Write, review, and approve incident reports.
Assist individuals with access badge and facility key issues.
Process public records requests, internal records requests, and customer complaints.
Maintain issued uniforms and equipment in good operating condition.
Collaborate with the Transit Police Unit (TPU), the Social Worker Program, and customer service positions across the agency to respond to, process, and debrief security incidents. Foster continuous improvement and employee emotional support, using skills in mediation, emotional intelligence, and culturally sensitive communication.
Assist with training other TSOs, employees and contractors. Assist with developing standard operating procedures and provide other program support.
Participate in Emergency Management training and serve as an emergency responder during disasters or emergencies. May serve as the Incident Commander or in a similar position for extended periods of time until relieved.
Perform other duties of a similar nature or level, as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent credential.
2 years of experience in security or law enforcement related work, including military experience.
First Aid/CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
Valid Washington State Drivers License or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
Ability to successfully pass comprehensive background investigation, including:
a. Ability to obtain and maintain clearance for access to the Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN) and Washington State Fusion Center (WSFC) within 30 days of hire.
b. Ability to obtain and maintain fingerprint clearance from the Snohomish County Sheriff's Office, including FBI fingerprint screening within 30 days of hire.
c. Must not have any of the following to meet minimum qualifications of a background check.
i. Must have no felony convictions within 7 years of date or hire.
ii. 1 or more traffic crime convictions in last 5 years (DWI, Suspended, Reckless, etc).
iii. Suspension of driver's license within past 5 years.
iv. 3 or more moving violations in past 3 years.
v. 2 or more at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
vi. No illegal sale of ANY drug, including marijuana, in the past 7 years.
vii. Has a validated history of criminal physical violence or has been convicted of a crime of Domestic Violence as defined by law in the past years.

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Public Safety Officer/security personnel are responsible for (1) compliance with security access procedures at all assigned areas providing access to the secure area of the airport, (2) enforcement of TSA security regulations specifically related to 49CFR Part 1520,1540, 1542, and airport regulations along with (3) performing duties assigned by the Public Safety Officer Manager, Public Safety Officer Lead, or designee.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Maintain compliance with all site policies, procedures, and directives
* Assess alarms, investigate, and report suspicious activities and/or circumstances
* Assign or conduct Airport Workers Screening checks and Insider Threat patrols
* Identify safety and/or fire hazards and make recommendations for improvement
