Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and perform tasks involving manual dexterity, such as use of a computer. Work will at times require more than 8 hours per day or an irregular work week to perform the essential duties of the position. Demonstrates a mastery of cashier, softline production, and donor services / hardline production roles through evaluation. Obtains and maintains forklift and walk-behind stacker certification. Obtains and maintains first-aid / CPR / BBP certification. Trains team members as they are on boarded. Ensures that a positive example is set for all team members. Recognizes when team members need coaching and provides immediate coaching when applicable. Issue refunds and resolves customer concerns. Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to a member of store management, appropriate District Manager, and/or Asset Protection department. Complies with all agency policies, procedures, and safety standards throughout all work areas; maintains same to meet CARF, Department of Labor, and other regulatory standards. Leads retail team and store activities in the absence of/and at the direction of the Retail Store Manager and/or Retail Assistant Store Manager; see Supervisory Responsibilities below. Performs all administrative and clerical duties including but not limited to completing opening/closing duties, making bank deposits and securing the building at the direction of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager in accordance with established guidelines. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Leads retail team and store activities in the absence of/and at the direction of the Retail Store Manager and/or Retail Assistant Store Manager. Carries out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the Agency's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include training team members, planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing concerns and reporting circumstances to the Retail Store Manager or Retail Assistant Store Manager.
