Benefits are good, although hard to find information.
I was hired to support "transformation" but I think it was just all interview hype. To BECU transformation is a pretty powerpoint full of buzzwords. In reality there is no plan and no substance. You can't micromanage change.
The Pension. Though I doubt I will last long enough to really benefit.
Nice people and good benefits.
Some of the upper management is a bit inept, which then trickles down to who they have hired for certain roles.
