Coordinate routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance for production equipment in partnership with maintenance teams.
Assist with physical inventory management in accordance with corporate procedures.

Education/Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher degree preferred, experience may be used in place of a degree.
3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Prior wood products experience preferred.
5-10 years of experience in lumber operations preferred.
Strong interpersonal and people-leadership skills, including coaching, feedback, conflict resolution, and problem-solving.
Demonstrated success training employees in productivity and safety practices.
Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented, results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of production processes and operations, supported by critical thinking and effective problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.
Demonstrated leadership-level knowledge of OSHA regulations with accountability for maintaining a safe work environment.
