In 1991, the merger of the Austrian BÖHLER Group and the Swedish UDDEHOLM Group marked the start of a radical renewal process for the Düsseldorf location.
After joining Bohler’s Pennsylvania region in 1992, he quickly became an integral part of the company’s growth and success.
After joining Bohler’s New Jersey office in 1999, Bill helped drive the firm’s expansion, opening offices in New York, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.
After joining Bohler in 2003, Adam helped to grow the firm’s presence across Pennsylvania, establishing offices in Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh.
After several years as legal counsel to Bohler’s Pennsylvania offices, Jane accepted a position as Bohler’s General Counsel in 2012.
