* Perform minor repairs to equipment in the employee's charge and advise engineer of other repairs which may be necessary.
Position Requirements:
* Must have and be able to maintain a State of Ohio 3rd Class Stationary Steam Engineer's license; or, have a current State of Ohio High Pressure Boiler Operators license and successfully obtain a State of Ohio 3rd Class Stationary Steam Engineer license and maintain said license.
* Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age.
* Must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR.
* Must be able to obtain/maintain unescorted facility access via the vetting process as administered by the Department of Army Police.
* Must be willing and able to work any and all shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities Billing System Reliability
Own the daily, weekly, and monthly billing cycles across all utilities and customers.
Maintain visibility into billing system health using dashboards, metrics, and exception reports.
Detect and investigate anomalies such as missing data, rate mismatches, or timing errors.
Reconcile King Energy billing outputs against utility statements, ensuring alignment and accuracy.
Utility Billing Domain Expertise
Develop working knowledge of PG&E, SCE, and SDG&E tariffs, including VNEM and successor programs.
Track and implement tariff updates, TOU changes, and seasonal rate adjustments in the billing system.
Partner with Finance to validate accounts receivable data and true-up workflows.
Document and operationalize complex billing logic into repeatable, auditable processes.
Process & Tooling Improvements
Maintain and refine operational runbooks, SOPs, and QA protocols for billing execution.
Identify sources of fragility in the billing pipeline and implement preventive solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering to validate and test fixes, enhancements, and new features.
Enhance visibility through reporting tools (e.g., Retool, Metabase, Jira) to ensure end-to-end transparency.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of escalation for billing anomalies and exceptions.
Coordinate with Customer Success to ensure proactive communication to clients regarding billing updates or adjustments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Holds a Second Class Power Engineers License issued by the National Institute for the Uniform Licensing of Power Engineers, Inc. (NIULPE).
+ A working knowledge of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes for power boilers.
+ Some positions in this classification may require a valid Georgia driver's license and an insurable driving record.

This position will act as the Owner's representative to oversee all aspects of plant and facilities construction including: interconnect, site work, owner purchased material, safety, startup and commissioning, and project close out. This position is responsible for the overall management of the team and assigned projects, to ensure compliance within required budgetary, scheduling, and safety goals.
Candidate in this role coordinate and manage construction work performed by contractors and/or vendors at the project site. Employees in this role manage the engineering, procurement and construction oversight-activities necessary to construct, start-up, and commence commercial operations.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversees project operations and ensures adherence to corporate safety and quality through all site activities
Works collaboratively with resources and sub suppliers in various disciplines to determine project priorities, schedule and work plans to meet milestones and project schedule
Work with site team to ensure that the site is clean and safety protocols are being followed
Manages sub tier suppliers to the requirements outlined in contracts or purchase orders as the lead manager and administrator

Ensures projects are efficiently, effectively and safely implemented in accordance with department procedures, local regulations, contracts and policies
Verifies constructability, ensures proper resource allocations, assesses field status and resolves issues as needed

Interfaces with project's designated management committees or third parties, and acts as lead Company representative of project activities
Ensure SWPPP and Storm water regulations and procedures are being followed
Manage execution requirements stipulated in the Interconnect Agreement, Purchase Power Agreement, and Independent System Operator to achieve back-feed, sync and commercial operation
Manages walk down of planned work, validates acceptance of completed work to design requirements, approves contractor payment requests
Manage Contractors to ensure project schedule is tracking to achieve project deadlines through project construction lifecycle through closeout
Supervises activities and/or coordinates activities or groups, such as safety programs, engineering, construction, budget, and analysis and contract administration
Oversees commissioning activities to meet corporate objectives, with limited project management, scheduling and estimating resources
Ability to travel between projects as assigned
Construction Manager expected to be onsite daily while site is active

Pallet Repair technicians are responsible for sorting and repairing returned pallets. The technician must learn and memorize the PECO pallet specification and ensure that all pallets leaving his worktable meet it. Pallets that do not meet the specifications must be repaired.

* Sort pallets by lifting them onto the worktable and inspecting them from the top, bottom, and sides.
