Requirements:
Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor.

Associate Restaurant Manager

The Associate Restaurant Manager (ARM) serves as the assistant to the Restaurant General Manager and provides additional management coverage of operating hours and direct supervision of operations in an individual restaurant. Focal points include:

* Exercising basic, shift-to-shift financial control to meet the restaurant profit margin targets
In addition, the ARM assumes full responsibility for specific financial controls, crew training assignments and the screening of prospective employees under the direction of the RGM. Customer Satisfaction/Product Quality
Maintains fast, accurate service, positive guest relations and ensure products are consistent with company quality standards.
Conducts periodic food safety audits.
Provides on-going coaching and feedback to crew on customer service, product quality and speed of service.
Financial
Shares with the Management team day-to-day responsibility for cash procedures such as bank deposits, making change, opening/closing safe and verifying drawers.
Operations
Conducts daily inventory, completes shift-to-shift food safety audit and sets up daily control sheets.
Reviews facility and equipment readiness.
Monitors inventory, food preparation and order fulfillment on a daily basis to ensure adherence to company standards.
Monitors speed with service (SWS) performance and resolves bottlenecks to achieve SWS goals.
In the absence of management, responsible for food and supplies deliveries and restaurant opening and closing.
Human Resources
Provides ongoing coaching and feedback for crew employees.
Provides "hands-on" training for crew in Learning Zone.

We are hiring Shift Leaders at Bojangles located at 7819 Timberlake Rd, 3280 Old Forest Road, and our up coming location on Wards Road, Lynchburg, VA 24502.
Shift Leaders support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Bojangles standards. Shift Managers take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
