**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Responsible for providing financial, credit, and trend analysis for the delivery of the Banks credit products and services to middle market and other business clients and prospects. The Credit Products Underwriter I - Commercial is primarily responsible for underwriting complex financial transactions in conjunction with CPU III, IV or CRMs, including the financing of investment real estate, owner-occupied real estate, working capital, equipment, LBOs/acquisitions, healthcare-related opportunities, as well as credits augmented with an SBA guarantee. Also will be able to underwrite non- complex requests independently. In addition, the Credit Products Underwriter I is responsible for providing product and industry expertise to the client by designing and executing solutions on complex clients. Industries and Products offered are broad and require unique due diligence and analysis based on the type of business and structure. A high volume (50% +) of the Credit Requests are from prospects, which require additional level of due diligence and analysis. The CPU I will have multiple active credit requests from various Relationship Managers and various geographic locations and must be able to prioritize and exhibit good time management. The CPU I will have client facing responsibilities, providing the necessary consultation to deliver the best possible integrated solution to the client. Good communication skills (written and verbal) must be present to effectively communicate with the various Relationship Managers and other BOKF personnel. The majority of the CPU I time will be balanced between analysis of clients, design and execution of deals, and joint client calls with RMs to provide advice. The Credit Products Underwriter I will partner with the RMs to assist in generating revenue and profitability.
