Responsibilities Perform structural design and configuration tasks necessary to deliver high performance satellite systems Perform first order layout and mass properties analyses Support procurement of materials and components Identify processes, tests, and manufacturing tools necessary to deliver a qualified spacecraft structure and components Work to subsystem schedule and deliverables Develop first-order structural models in support of mechanical design performance predictions Support structural qualification testing on spacecraft systems and components including test design, test conduct, and interface equipment for unit under test Document, analyze, and troubleshoot unexpected discrepancies in mechanical designs Produce part and assembly drawings to facilitate Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations Other duties as assigned This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
