Boley Centers CEO and leadership

I am a seasoned manager, progressive and critical thinker, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that has been working in the behavioral health field since 1995. I have gained valuable financial and human resource management skills and have shown success in my leadership of both new and operational projects. I started my career as a suicide crisis line operator and suicide intervention trainer. Since this work I have had the opportunity to explore and experience a variety of work in the community mental health field including children & adolescence, adults with severe & persistent mental illness, chronic homelessness & veteran issues. I have worked in a variety of environments from crisis stabilization units, case management, homeless outreach, psychotherapy, group therapy, residential treatment, and Assertive Community Treatment.All of these valuable experiences lead me to my current position at Boley Centers where I am Chief Operating Officer. I am responsible for over 18 million dollars in operating and clinical services from City, County, State, and Federal funders including Department of Children & Families, Department of Housing & Urban Development, and the Veteran's Administration. Since 2009, I have been an Adjunct Professor with Webster University in their Counseling program and was awarded faculty of the year in 2014.
