What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university Licensed Professional Engineer 10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure. Experience with client relationship management and business development. Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration.
