Fedele Bauccio is Co-founder and CEO at Bon Appétit Management Co. Prior to this, Fedele was divisional president at Saga. His career in food service began as a dishwasher with Saga Corporation and later on held different positions such as Divisional President, President of Saga's Specialty Foodservices Group. He also became president of the Stuart Anderson’s Black Angus Cattle Company restaurant chain. He holds a degree in economics and masters degree in business administration at University of Portland.

Maisie Ganzler is Chief Strategy and Brand Officer at Bon Appétit Management Company (BAM Co). She is with the company since 2000 held different positions like marketing manager, director of communications & strategic initiatives, vice president of strategy before her current post. She worked with World Wrapps as training manager. Her first job was with BAM Co as employee service coordinator. She graduate hotel and restaurant management at Cornell University.

Liz Baldwin is Chief Administrative Officer/Chief Financial Officer at Bon Appétit Management Company. She is the primary financial steward of the company and a keeper of much of the corporate lore and history. Prior joining Bon Appétit, Liz spent several years in banking, serving in management roles in operations as well as commercial lending. Linda joined Baron in 1983 as the general counsel and was named president and chief operating officer in 2006. From 1979 to 1983, Linda worked for the State of New York as an assistant attorney general. Linda graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.A. in English Literature and Political Science in 1976, from New York Law School with a J.D. in 1979 and from New York University School of Law with an LL.M. in 1981.
