Full-time, 40 Hours/Week Wed-Sat 5:30am-4pm Onsite The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing preventative, reactive, and emergency maintenance to ensure all on-campus facilities are maintained safely and effectively. Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week Day Shift Onsite The Pulmonary Function Technologist performs diagnostic testing to evaluate patient respiratory health and asses' respiratory disorders. Responsibilities: 1. Administers a variety of pulmonary function test, including, but not limited to, spirometry, lung volume measurements, and diffusion capacity studies. 2. This entails application and disconnection of Holter monitors. Explains to the patient how to maintain the patient's diary (record keeping) of the symptoms and events experienced. Performs Event Monitor procedures. This entails application, receiving post event transmissions. Instructs the patient how to perform event-recording transmissions. Maintains equipment in clean and proper working condition and notifies the supervisor, Bio-Medical department or designated personnel of malfunctioning equipment. Notifies manager of needed supplies. Participates in cross training and orienting new employees to the department.
