My manager is phenomenal, and they truly listen to what we have to say and appreciate what we bring to the table as individuals. The work-life balance is the biggest highlight.
Promises for raises and promotions go unmet more often than not, no reliable performance review or QA structure, and applicants are most often hired externally rather than promoted from within. Wages and benefits do NOT meet industry standards.
I love working from home and having unlimited PTO.
