Qualifications and Requirements The Sales Counselor must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities: Bachelor's Degree, required. Three or more years of successful sales results, required Senior Living experience, preferred. Ability to read, write and understand the English language to communicate with prospective residents, their families, peers, staff, professional groups, etc. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating environment, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry CRM applications. Must be strong with building outside referral sources.
