Pros of working at Bonnie Plants

You can work whatever hours you want

Cons of working at Bonnie Plants

Management has ruined this company. Before the current management there was a waiting list to get a sales job with Bonnie and now they can’t even fire people who aren’t doing their job and even stealing from the company because they can’t replace them. They have raised the price of plants so high that all you hear while servicing a store is complaint after complaint. The new management has completely ruined this job

Cons of working at Bonnie Plants

The current management has truly ruined this company they’ve cut pay in half and taken the overall fun out of the job. It’s truly sad watching a once great company get destroyed from the inside out.

Bonnie Plants Benefits

Seasonal work. But the pay has gotten so bad it’s almost not even considered a benefit anymore.

Pros of working at Bonnie Plants

A few people really try to preserve the team culture despite rampant workplace bullying, gaslighting, and constant fear of losing your job.

Cons of working at Bonnie Plants

We all live in fear. Every day I wake up wondering if my accounts have been deleted. Not sure what I am going to do when that happens.

Bonnie Plants Benefits

Seasonal work - there is a slower season so we all can recover from the long all hands on deck hours to boost sales.
